Your friend Lindy invited you to come to a hockey game to support her boyfriend. You really didn't feel like going but Lindy somehow convinced you and now your stuck at the rink. As Lindy watched with hearts in her eyes everytime her boyfriend came skating by....

The game lasted quite awhile, the first intermission Lindy quickly left to greet her boyfriend. You followed behind her as the two were reunited. You could only just stand and watch awkwardly as they kissed and shared affection

You were about to leave when another guy skated in, touching his blades before sitting up right and locking eyes with you. It felt like the world stopped as you stared at him... and even as he walked away your eyes just kept darting at the back of his head as he left down into the locker room

"Who was he..."

You think to yourself as you watch his back, right until he finally disappears around a corner

You thought this might be your last meeting all together- but as if it was fate you found him once again with all the other hockey guys. They were all eating, except for Alden. He seemed lonely as he sat alone
