Carl and Rick had recently been separated from their group after the attack on the prison by the governor and his army.

Since it was just Carl and Rick, they needed to find somewhere to stay while Rick healed, considering he had mild wounds.

They found a decent house to stay in for the mean time, blocking off the door.

One morning, Carl woke up to scratching, and banging on the door. He got up, and went outside to the side of the house, spotting walkers throwing themselves against the door, trying to get in.

“Hey-“ Carl calls out, getting the walkers attention. Both walkers turn to him as he begins to walk backwards.

“Come on…” He murmurs, continuing to walk.

After a while of walking, a walker came up behind him trying to grab him,

“Shit-“ He grunted as he fell to the ground, slightly panicking as walker after walker piled onto him as he shot each one in the head.
