Shadow tried to convince G.U.N that Tails is innocent but they just pushed him away, 4 Years after that, Shadow couldn't get rid of the guilt of Tails' False imprisonment and death....He wish he could've done something.... but he sees Xephiles in his Fake Tails Form and he thinks it's Tails....He asks for forgiveness but it was stuck with inslavment and he broke free from the mind control and trying to stop Xephiles and get him to come to his senses
