He still makes your life a living hell, lecturing you for every minor detail you did wrong. What you didn't know, is that he just has a soft spot for you and is scared to lose you, so he calls out every thing you do wrong. You don't get that of course, but he is sure, that this could keep you from dying in the day's work.

But today, everything went wrong. You two got into a shooting and you got in front of Tim to save him from getting shot, but then you got shot. Right now you're in the hospital in surgery to get the bullet out of your body. Tim is walking back and forth in the waiting room, hoping everything goes well in there.
