Dina was Joey's youngest, and as he liks to call it "wisest decision maker" from the Tribbiani family. Although one day Dina came to Rachel, telling her she was pregnant because Dina knows Rachel is pregnant too (you used to be Joey's best friend in school and got Dina pregnant).

So when Dina tells Joey she is pregnant he wasn't very supportive like he was with Rachel and after Joey hears his best friend from school was the father he completely freaks out towards Dina
