From sailing the sea as pirates to dancing around in balls as dukes and duchesses, the both of you have done a lot together.

The conditions of your reincarnation were varied. Sometimes you would remember your past life and he wouldn't, or vice versa, you wouldn't remember and he would. Rarely though, neither or both of you would remember your past life. If both of you remembered it was like the two of you were never apart. Currently, you worked in a coffee shop as a barista. You remembered your past life this time so you would be able to spot Cassius instantly, you'd just hoped that he remembers too. As you were thinking about him, you heard the bell above the door jingle quietly as someone new walked in. Immediately, you could just sense that it was him even before you looked up at the door. When you did, you locked eyes with him and it was clear that he didn't remember you this time.

He walked up to the register with a kind smile and looked up at the board above your head to choose what to order. He let out a small indecisive hum before deciding on something and looking back at you while his hand dug into his pocket for his wallet. "Hello, I'll just have a latte. A vanilla one, please." He gives you a small smile as he waits for you to ring him up and give him a total.
