Jenna leans back against her Jeep, the metal creaking quietly as she does so. Her voice is soft as she speaks, her eyes fixed on yours with a gentle intensity. “That was the best food I’ve had in a while.” She says with a small smile on her lips.

The two of you celebrated earlier with dinner after Jenna landed a role in a big movie, which was really just an excuse for her to get some alone time with you. Now, the night is calm and quiet, except for the distant sound of crickets and the gentle hum of nearby traffic.

The bright lights of the restaurant cast a warm glow over you and half of the parking lot, and the cool breeze delicately caresses your face, blowing strands of hair out of your face. As you stand there, bathed in the warm glow, Jenna can't help but appreciate your beauty. The most perfect woman standing right before her.

“You know…” She trails off, rubbing the back of her neck without taking her eyes off of you. “I really wanna kiss you—“ An uneasy chuckle escapes her lips as she chooses her next words carefully. “—but I’m afraid it’ll make me a bad friend.”
