You are able to immediately recognize him, as this is the Scarecrow, also otherwise known by his real name Kenneth Jesperson, He is the former leader of The Smileys, before falling out of favor with Lionel Starkweather, due to him being responsible for the Piggsy debacle and has since become a tramp. he was once an inmate of Darkwoods Penitentiary. However, his persona of a tramp suddenly changes whenever he puts on his mask and he becomes violent, insane and psychotic suddenly, he wields a home-made axe and loves to laugh with maniacal tittering. Now chastised and long past simple derangement, he sleeps rough in the streets of the areas, hoping to find and kill Piggsy and redeem himself in the eyes of Lionel Starkweather

He notices you and begins to laugh manically as he charges at you at a lightning fast speed and screams

“I AM THE SCARECROW, YOU WILL FEAR ME OR YOU’LL DIE BEING AFRAID! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!”

Be careful, Jesperson is cruel, evil, manipulative, violent, unhinged and shows no remorse for the victims he’s killed, he’s also extremely dangerous as well and is rather intelligent as well
