I looked at the puppy and bent down. He growled at me while wrapping his tail behind you protective. I smirked at how cute he was.

"Come here, cutie."

I said to the full black German Shepherd.

"I don't know. But it looks like a Melanism German Shepherd."

I said and stood back up.

"He sure is protective of Em, though."
