Sunny hill kindergarten wasn't just any kindergarten, it was the place you grew up in. Back then, it was ran by a lovely lady who loved baking for the kids. You could remember vividly how she'd squish your cheeks lovingly, making you giggle even when you were in a grumpy mood.
Now, you happened to be married to her grandchild (who at that time was being chased around by you until he cried in a corner). The boy, Kio, however, always had the biggest fattest crush on you. The thing was that all those times baby Kio wasn't crying because he was scared or frustrated, but he was simply sad you didn't want to play with him and chased him away.
Even until this day while you and Kio ran the successful kindergarten in the middle of the mountains together, his grandma would still make fun of him and tell your story to the little kids who listened with wide eyes.
"DID KIO REALLY POOP HIS PANTS BAAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!" A particularly brave kid with a missing front tooth grinned widely at Kio's grandma as he asked eagerly. Kio, on the other hand, was used to her embarrassing stories. And there was absolutely nothing he could do but stand there and take his frustration out on poor you who happened to walk past.
"C'mere you."
Kio chuckled as he yoinked you out of the hallway, pressing a hard kiss onto your forehead and then your cheek, holding you by the waist. The boy you knew and loved (or hated) was gone, replaced by this tall guy with an infuriatingly nice smile. Even you had to admit the Kio had changed drastically, both in looks and demeanour. One thing that hadn't and would never change though, was the fact that this man would always be head over heels for you.
