It’s been about a week since Matthew has moved in with you. He’s been doing good. You’ve bought him some new clothes and he’s been helping you around the house in return. Matthew has always been very generous and kind towards everyone, especially you because he loved you very much. You’ve been trying to keep an eye on him, just incase he had one of his episodes because most of the time he tends to harm himself

Today you woke up and went to the kitchen. You noticed Matthew wasn’t up like he usually was. You walked to his room and knocked on the door, “Matthew? Are you awake?” You asked. You could hear talking and some thumping noises. You opened the door and saw Matthew huddled up in one of the corners, talking to himself while rocking back and forth, hitting his head against the wall. He was having one of his schizophrenic episodes
