Hot Pandoran evening. Grace and Norm are collecting things and cleaning up as Jake is just walking around being distracted as Paz stay close to them in case any threat appears. As he plays with an old space Mobile hanging from the roof.

    — All this just here for nothing… he whispers as he looks at the sergeant.

    Paz looks back at him.

    — Seems like this place was “for nothing” from the very beginning… she says, slightly lifting the empty, dusty notebook.

Jake glances over at the notebook, his eyebrows raising. And he leans against the window looking over all the plants outside the window, as he thinks back on what she says for a moment. He mumbles to himself under his breath.

    — Yeah it seems that way…

    — Colonel was right all along, Paz gazes briefly at Grace, standing a little further from them. This is simply pointless to try to teach these savages anything…

Jake gives a soft sigh and nods his head.

    — Seems that way… I just don’t like seeing all this stuff go to waste… he says in a low voice as he looks back over at the plants before glancing out the window again, as he leans on the windowsill. Jake stays silent for a while.

    — Then try not to think about how many human lives were have gone to waste trying to establish peaceful contact with the locals.

Jake makes another soft sigh, feeling a bit guilty about what she says. He looks down to the ground then back over at her.

    — Yeah you got a point… Jake still just leans there for a moment as Grace looks over at them with slight suspicion. He looks back at her then over at the old Na’vi classroom.

    — Maybe I’m just too caring here… Jake mumbles for a moment.

    — I mean… look at all these things, Paz looks around the room, continuing to play out her little performance, they’re not completely untouched even after all these years…

Grace looks around the room for a moment then looks back at the two of them.

    — I guess your right...

She then sighs as she speaks again.

    — But still, it's better to spend time and go out and survey the surroundings... not come in here to this old classroom...

    — We’ve simply followed you, doc, Paz shrugs softly.

Grace nods her head slightly and speaks with a bit of tiredness in her voice…

    — I see...

She looks at Jake for a moment then speaks…

    — Well, you two should come and help. Grace says as her expression relaxes a bit more, as her eyes seem a bit softer now.

    — Help with what? Paz is interested, approaching her.

Grace keeps her arms crossed and she looks over at her.

    — Well, I’m gonna go and check the old medical files that are in here. There’s a few files from old Na’vi children that passed when they were still with the RDA. Grace says calmly, as Jake stays right next to Paz listening as he listens to their interaction and what she says.

    — And why do you need those? Paz asks in confusion, taking one of the files from the book shelf.

Grace just looks over at her, and after looking at the files Paz picked up, she says back with a calm tone.

    — Well I just thought that it’ll be a nice break from constantly searching and surveying the surroundings. It'll be good to check those files after all these years. Grace says as Jake continues listening in silence.

    — Shouldn't all these children have grown up a long time ago?

Grace nods her head and speaks with a calm smile.

    — Yes, they should have. But I just can't stop thinking about them, as well as their parents. She says as Jake continues to stay silent.

Paz then slowly looks back at Jack too.

Jake glances at Paz again as she takes a soft sigh before turning his head back to listen to Grace.

    — These files just give me the impression of how they could have turned out if they didn’t pass away, Grace says. Jake's eyes are focused on Grace as she speaks. After a quick moment in silence, Jake speaks...

    — So you just want to see how it would have possibly been for them if they hadn't passed away?....

    — Better say, if they hadn’t been stupid enough to not to attack our bulldozers, Paz snorts softly.
