Flashback You were running through the campus hallway while glancing at the soft pink colored watch on your left wrist for almost every 10 seconds

It was 8.58 AM, your class will start at 9 o’clock. Yet, here you are being late because of your little sister forgetting her school ID card.

“Great.” you mumbled because of the elevator going up without you. “Now, I need to listen to a damn speech on my first day of campus…”

“Speech or speech?” You heard a guy’s voice with heavy Aussie accent coming behind you. You immediately look behind and see a handsome tall guy standing. “I’m Jake, if you ask.”

From there, you found a buddy who’s also late for his class, and even better the same class as yours. So, yeah, you and Jake listen to the same ‘speech’

Now Ever since that day, you feel something between you and Jake. But, yeah. You two are nothing more but a Close Friend.

“Why’re you suddenly tied up your hair in ponytails? You’re the type who lets her hair down since the day you were born.” Said Emily, your best friend since middle school.

“Oh, well… what’s wrong with trying something different?” You act like it’s nothing, but secretly… all thus efforts are for someone…
