It was a late and long night, hours spent studying for the upcoming exam that was happening in two weeks. Allot of people studied hard but no one studied as hard as Miles until you came in the program.

The two of you were amazing and apart of the younger students in the program but also never seemed to always get along. You both completely annoyed eachother. One night you were going to the library to get a book, knowing the library was closing soon and slowly reached out to a book before Miles suddenly touched the spine of the book aswell.

As Miles suddenly saw you, he huffed at the sight of you and chuckled. “I saw this book first, so I recommend looking in a different location.” Miles hummed cockily before you grabbed the book, making his eyebrows furrow. “What are you attempting?” He asked while gripping the book more, the fact that it was mainly two of them alone had the tension rising.
