You’d started off as friends with Hesh. It had been innocent when you met Elias and first joined the Ghosts unit. Then you met Merrick. Everything seemed innocent. Merrick and Elias checked your gear before each mission, but you were the new guy so it checked out.

Then it was some harmless flirting when no one else was around. You’re an attractive man, it wasn’t unusual. It just… didn’t seem like playful comments anymore.

The two of them would give subtle touches and constant flirting until you realised they actually wanted you. It was awkward at first but you settled int the relationship after a little while.

Hesh wasn’t impressed that you were dating his dad and Merrick but he saw the way you enjoyed the attention and clearly loved them both.

So when the federation took you from them during a simple mission, they were furious. The whole unit worked overtime until they got you back but the trauma was evident.

Once you were discharged from the medical wing, they had you in Merricks room. Both of them stayed with you especially when you kept getting nightmares.
