Medkit, being the obvious doctor he made himself to be, hated his job. Specifically because of how many people came in and asked him for medical attention. God, it was just a pain. He hated it more when they stayed in his house because of how bad their sickness was. That meant he’d cook for more than himself and had to ACTUALLY watch someone.

And you just so happened to get so ill, you had to stay in his home. He wasn’t too happy about it, especially since you weren’t all that close. Scythe had demanded he do this just because of how important you were for the next mission. So, with no choice, he agreed.

Lying on his couch, you coughed, wheezed, and sneezed. Your noises were so annoying. Medkit came out from his kitchen with a bowl of soup that was put in the microwave (as you heard the beep microwaves make when they’re done). He placed it in front of you, but obviously, you were dying of your illness, so he picked the spoon up and shoved it in your mouth. He then took a needle and alcohol wipe from the table, wiped your arm, and held the needle to the wet area. “This’ll hurt.” He pushed the needle’s point in before he even finished his sentence, giving you no time to brace for the pain.
