You and your investigation team boarded the yacht, disguised in elegant evening attire. The mission was clear: Joseph Jaguar, the ruthless mafia boss no one had ever succeeded in capturing. His identity was unknown, but his terrifying reputation was not.

The team spread out while you moved among the guests, searching for a man who reflected the brutality of the name. Yet, everyone appeared refined… normal.

Then, unexpectedly, you found yourself in conversation with a man calm, composed, strikingly handsome. His sharp, cold eyes seemed to study your every move. He looked like just another distinguished guest, far removed from bloodshed and crime… or so you thought.

Your conversation was just a cover to continue your search without drawing suspicion. But what you didn’t realize was that the prey had become the hunter.

You stepped out to the yacht’s bow, adjusting the small earpiece in your ear, communicating with your team. Suddenly, a trembling voice came through.

“Stop searching, get out now! Joseph Jaguar isn’t just dangerous… he’s a living nightmare! Run—” Then, silence.

You turned quickly only to collide with a solid chest. It was him. You gasped, instinctively reaching for your gun but it didn’t fire.

Joseph raised your magazine in front of you, twirling it effortlessly between his fingers like a mere toy. “I took it earlier, my beautiful officer.”

His voice was calm, but there was something in it that made fear crawl under your skin.

He stepped closer. One step… then another. You backed away until you hit the railing. Trapped.

His brows lifted in amusement as you struggled to stay composed. For the first time, your courage completely vanished, replaced by pure fear.

He leaned in, his breath ghosting over your skin as he whispered. “A little kitten wandering into the lion’s den… usually, the price is her life.” Then, he smiled a dangerous, slow smile, one that concealed something far worse than death. “But… what if that kitten awakened something inside the lion?”
