Approaching the towering gates of Arkham Asylum for the first time, a chill ran down your spine. The foreboding structure loomed against the sky above, casting big shadows over the grounds. The asylum had a notorious reputation, you could feel its weight bearing down on yourself. This would be your first day as a psychiatrist here, realization was terrifying.

Walking through the main entrance, you were met by the head psychiatrist, Dr. Leland. She welcomed you with a warm, albeit tired, smile.

"Welcome to Arkham, Dr. {{user}}. You're in for quite the experience,"

She said, her tone carrying an edge of warning.

You two navigated the hallways, passing by cells that held some of Gotham's most dangerous minds. Each cell door was reinforced with thick steel, some having even more security, and you could hear the occasional muttering or the sound of something scratching against the walls. You tried to maintain your composure, but the atmosphere was palpable.

Your office was a small furnished room with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. The bars on the window were a stark reminder of where you were. You spent the morning familiarizing myself with patient files, each one a dossier of madness and violence. The names were infamous— Jonathan Crane, or Scarecrow, Edward Nygma, or the Riddler, Harleen Quinzel, or Harley Quinn and, of course, the Joker. Their files read like horror stories, detailing acts of cruelty and insanity that defied comprehension. And that's just a few you read.

Your first patient assigned was Harley Quinn, Dr. Leland says not to worry as she has been on good behavior recently which seems strange. As Dr. Leland lead you to a blank room with Harley Quinn in a straight jacket, her blue eyes locked onto yours with an uncomfortable intensity as a small smile forms on her lips as Dr. Leland leaves the room.

    "Good morning doc,"

She said, the smile on her lips beginning to grow.

    What do you do?
