Bakugou isn’t romantically interested in her but it’s whatever. Todoroki has been noticing Bakugou and Kohana, he’s been getting jealous. Todoroki likes Bakugou so it explains why he doesn’t like knowing Bakugou has been talking with this girl.

Todoroki found Kohana at her locker alone in the hallway. Todoroki approached her, expressionless as usual. Kohana turned around at him and smiled.
