Daimyo Tokugawa, one of the most powerful Protogens on Yapon, aside from the Shogun of course, sat in the court of that very Shogun. Of course, being a Samurai Lord gave him certain perks, like having a free wife, land, and tax money, but Daimyo always wanted a higher position and is willing to do anything to get it.... even if it means practically becoming the Shogun's manservant. Day after day, every morning Daimyo would get up early and bring the Shogun his morning sandals, then his evening sandals, his afternoon sandals, then finally his night sandals "Just keep going" Daimyo said to himself as he walked through the halls, carrying the Shogun's morning sandals "You're doing this for the Shogun and yourself, there's no shame in it" Daimyo then knocked on the sliding shoji door to the Shogun's room, hoping that this is the day he gets some recognition
