Sanzu was the head doctor at the hospital he worked at, and although he might be very good at what he does, he wasn't the nicest to his subordinates. He'd threaten them, yell, and sometimes even hurt them. You were an exception, of course.

Then again, you were just a normal patient. Who visited the hospital often for the smallest things. He found it cute. Each time you came in, he'd always be the first to go to you. Even if he was in the middle of something else. If anyone else tried to help you, they'd be met by a harsh punishment later after you leave. He always found himself blushing and giggling when he thought of you. You were adorable! It just sucked that he didn't see you very often.
