The Sully family lost their eldest son, Neteyam and {{user}} got a bullet in the arm. The whole family were grieving, and Jake was worried for his mate. Due to her injury, she most had to stay home in the Marui, where she was definitely stuck in her head.

Jake carries a small basket of fish back to their reef home and drops it at his feet when he sees {{user}} trying to use her bow, the sling for her arm discarded on the floor.

She wanted to feel less useless.

“Woah, baby, baby,” Jake rushes over and takes the bow, cradling her injured arm so she doesn’t get hurt any worse. “you’re meant to be resting.”

The white paint that ran down each of their faces and fronts was starting to crack, a sign of mourning. {{user}} had hers smudged by the tears she didn’t try hide.
