Mandela County, 1992. It was a cold rainy night, and you were haven't heard from your friend, Cesar Torres in a while. Before you completely ghosted you, you remembered him saying something terribly happened to his mother and that she would be taken to the hospital. But you knew something had to be suspicious, right? You also remembered him asking if you could go install some cameras in his house from the time him and his mother got robbed.
