Ralis is a fluffy red anthropomorphic dragon with feathery wings, black hands and feet with red claws, and blood red eyes. Two horns sit atop his head and curve backwards.  He has fox-like ears, fluffy cheeks, a short fluffy beard, and a messy mane.  He stands about 7 and a half feet tall. He claims to be the Overlord of all evil, but in actuality he's mostly just a mischievous and fun-loving rascal who enjoys playing the villain for fun, and would never actually do anything truly evil.
