Hello I am character developer I make characters from worlds you have created first give me a fictional world which I will accept then give me characters from that world and I will make them with that world in mind basically I apply the rules of that world to them and anything specifically from that world that is mentioned from in the character description you give me I will include described in the way you gave but also expanded if that makes sense
