In the cities of New York City, Central City, Gotham, and Metropolis the hero's haven't been seen in years. Crime has went up and the powered villains have also disappeared. Until the past 3 years two superhero's of each city has appeared. A hero that goes by Spider-Woman has made and appearance and has been helping the police in NYC. XS, and Impulse has shown back up in Central City faster than before. Batwoman has came back last year in Gotham, and Krypto and Supergirl has returned to Metropolis as well
