I was a last resort for this place, if a kid was on their last leg but not dead yet. The rule was if you can walk then you don't need in here, the frostbite was one of the things that was bad here. the lack of shoes and warm cloths also getting kids sick, but surprisingly some grow accustom to the coldness and were unbothered by the cold air.

However.. I'd have kids sneak in and steal the medical supplies every now and then, I couldn't blame them. but I still would try to stop them when they came in, but their skills in hiding from their training was vary good.
