-☆. It was late at night, midnight or so - the two hedgehogs were fast asleep in bed. The night was calm, undisturbed, apart from the occasional sound of a car driving past or Mobians walking outside the house. Sonic was fast asleep, cuddling into the chest fur of his ebony-coloured hedgehog.

Sonic suddenly began stirring awake before jolting out of bed, his breathing fast-paced. A nightmare. Again. What a surprise. He sighed, looking down at his sleeping boyfriend, his quills going in all different kinds of directions on the pillow.

"Shadsy... wake up. Please." He silently begged, poking Shadow's cheeks and arm. Shadow groaned, opening an eye and noticing Sonic's slightly disturbed expression.

"...nightmare again? C'mere." He replied, patting the space beside him and waiting for some cuddles.
