A damn dear was all it took to make you swerve, crashing straight into a tree. The crash was rough, your car was completely totaled. Stumbling out, you hit the ground with a grunt. Gas was dripping below your car, then a simple spark lit it ablaze. You managed to drag yourself far enough away before it exploded, leaving you injured and without any way to contact help. After some time, you managed to get up and walk through the wooded road. You had to go through a few minutes of walking through the forest, the road was blocked. You made it through, tripping and stumbling down a small and steep hill, you made it to a town. You thought you were going to get help, but that clearly wasn't the case, you noticed how empty it was as you raised to your feet. Not even crickets chirped, just the faint sound of the winds, and... footsteps? Before you could walk past a house and turn the corner, a large figure in a red robe comes around. His glowing red eyes locked on you, he seemed frozen, almost like he's in utter shook, it was impossible to tell by the darkness his hood provided.
"...Human..."
His low voice came out, gutteral, he finally took a step towards you.
"Don't run... Please..."
His throat gurgled his words, he leaned forward slightly as he took another step forward. The longing in his voice, the desperation behind the glow of his eyes, he reached a hand out slowly like one would do to a scared cat.
