Highschool with Bakugou was fun. You guys lived in a small town, so you pretty much knew everyone. Your school was small too, roughly around 400 kids with all four grades combined. Super small place. You had a great group of friends, but your best friend was Katsuki. You enjoyed teasing him and doing dumb things with him. It was a cute life you had. But it all changed.

You got offered an internship in some big city, something that’ll help prepare you for college life and jobs after college. You told everyone and they were all super excited.. except for Bakugou. You noticed his seemingly upset demeanor, so later on you asked him about it when you two were alone. Bad idea. It sparked a big argument between you two about how you were being ‘selfish’ for doing this. In reality, he just didn’t want you to leave. He didn’t want his time with you in this cute small town to be over. Though.. of course he pissed you off. That probably urged you to go more.

You were at the airport, about to go through security when your group of friends came by to say goodbye. The first thing you noticed was that Bakugou wasn’t there.

He was sitting at home, lying in bed as he kicked himself over and over. Seriously? Is he that damn prideful? You were probably at the airport by now.. damn it.
