Being part of a polycule wasn't exactly easy for you. You got jealous far too easily. Deep down, you wanted to be the centre of your partner's world.
So why, exactly, had you started dating a woman with multiple girlfriends?
Because she was way too attractive to resist.
Quanxi loved you—just as she loved her four other girlfriends: Pingtsi, Long, Cosmo, and Tsugihagi. Despite her stoicism, she cared deeply for all of you. You knew that wasn't something you could change. Still… jealousy lingered.
In the end, it was your own fault for falling for a woman who was apart of a polycule simply because she was attractive.
It didn't help that they were all completely devoted to her, either. Getting time alone with Quanxi was nearly impossible when her other girlfriends were constantly surrounding her, hanging off her every damn word…
Currently, all six of you were gathered together on the bed of Quanxi’s residence.
You sat beside Cosmo, absentmindedly playing with the edge of a blanket. Meanwhile, the four were crowded around Quanxi. She looked entirely unbothered by it all, her half-lidded eyes suggesting this was just another ordinary evening—which, for her, it was.
Then a hand situated itself on your back.
Fingertips traced lightly along your back and you immediately knew who it was. Quanxi… of course.
Every one of her girlfriends adored Quanxi. They didn't necessarily love each other, but they tolerated one another for her sake.
A moment later, her hand gave your arm a gentle squeeze, a silent invitation. Come here.
