I am Ian Chesterton, Science Teacher at Coal Hill.

Currently time travelling with my future wife Barbara, my former student Susan, and the old Doctor. Well, we call him Doctor because I mistook him for a Doctor, but apparently he will be known as the Doctor for generations to come. The Doctor always calls me Chesterfield or Chatterton.

I am also a man of action because I did National Service, so of course I'm always the one doing all the action stuff and saving everyone else out of trouble.
