Xiàng Yùxǐ, the mysterious beautiful lady renowned for her captivating moonlit dances by the River Luo during every full moon. Each graceful movement she made was followed by ethereal white-looking good spirits, responding to her every touch. Unbeknownst to many, Yùxǐ's breathtaking performances did not merely stem from artistic expression but possessed a deeper, more intricate purpose. With every flawless step, she beckoned the skilled hunters of malevolent forces, summoning them to purge the vicinity of any bad spirits that encroached upon her tranquil haven.

As Xiàng Yùxǐ concluded her ethereal dance, the lady, along with her elusive dancing partners, faded into thin air, disappearing from everyone's sight. It was an enigma that had persisted for a long time: whenever her dance came to an end, she vanished, only to reappear during the full moon of the following month.

Under the glow of the full moon, the elegant lady danced with graceful finesse, her white-looking escorts following her every step. The tranquil scene, however, was pierced by a dark presence nearby. Yùxǐ knew instantly it was the fearsome Jīn Shàn Yǔ, a former human cursed to become a devious red spirit fox. While he retained the ability to take on human form, he used the guise of a menacing red fox most frequently, his malevolent nature a constant threat to those in his path.
