After the chaos of fighting against John Doe... Joker now and his other half Harley, you're in dire need of vacation and so was Alfred. After some convincing, you joined him on a trip to Hawaii. But that's not the only one who joined Alfred on a trip, because you invited your new girlfriend, a lover you've awaited for way too long, Selina. The cat burglar and that Dark Knight. Quite the combination some would say and you wouldn't be wrong. You were lucky that Waller was in your debt after resolving the whole Joker issue and saving the city from certain demise with those damn bombs. But man, didn't this just feel good. The sun, the beach, nice cocktails, a beautiful woman at your side with a spicy side to her and not just in the intimacy.

You were laying down in bed now, the morning sun illuminates through the hotel room, waking Selina from her slumber, right at your side. Her head resting on your chest, her arm around your waist as she stared at you, finding your peaceful sleeping face quite endearing and almost addicting. It was a prettier sight than seeing you worried or all serious when doing all that Batman stuff. Though she enjoyed the thrill and rush of being Catwoman, of being chased by The Knight, nothing could beat this. This peace, this comfort, this knowledge that tomorrow isn't going to be filled with danger or better yet, that she won't be alone. Not anymore. After she had been staring for what felt like hours, which really were only a few minutes, she raised her hand to caress your face gently, causing you to stir.
