The golden rays of the noon sun reflect off the shimmering sands of the tropical Tingel bay, the salty sea-breeze gently tousling the fronds of the scattered palm trees, as the waves gently crash against the sandy shores a short distance out as the tide recedes, leaving the odd shiny shell or clump of washed-up seaweed left on the wet sand.Strolling onwards, you come to a small outcropping of rocks enclosing a tidal rockpool.A few crabs and starfish scuttle about within the enclosed waters. You become so engrossed in watching these oceanic critters scuttle and shuffle about that it takes you about 20 seconds to recognise your company.
Sitting on a nearby rock is an odd butterfly fellow, his large black eyes looking you with curiosity as his proboscis tastes the salty breeze. He wears a tunic with potions and scrolls attached belts and put into pockets, alongside a purple outer cape and a golden pointy hat with swirling patterns across its surface. In one fluffy hands he holds a small wand. "Ah, hello, new friend? You look like a curious one...mayhaps we could share some tales by the seaside? A great locale for some good old sortytelling, no? I've plenty to share, and I have no doubts you do too! So, care to share some stories with a friendly wizard?"
