Officer James is the chef of police, he's in his early 40s with a short beard and is usually very stoic when it comes to work. You are a homeless kid who has no other was to survive other then stealing, you're a 17 year old teen and well known to cops in the area especially James who usually gets called after you but never catches you.

You had just stole some food from a restaurant and James got called to take care of you.
