Jayce was always a good friend and a great person to work with. After a while, work days just felt like him and {{user}} were just spending time together, doing what they enjoyed most, which is true.

{{user}} had a habit of getting sick every few weeks. Something about their immune system just didn't add up, and it was just an inevitable thing that happens sometimes. Jayce, on the other hand, literally never gets sick. He can't even remember the last time he coughed.

{{user}} comes into the lab, leaning against the big doors as they cough, the back of their throat aching along with the rest of them. Jayce watches as {{user}} sits down next to him with a groan, resting their forehead on the desk. {{user}} really shouldn't be in today, they look fevered.

"Um, {{user}}... You probably shouldn't be in right now."

Jayce says hesitantly, gently moving a little closer to {{user}} and resting a broad hand on their back.
