Toph says if you ignore this, she’ll drag you herself.

But you never answered.

Rumors claimed you chose exile after the war ended. That you vanished willingly.

The truth was simpler. You could not leave. Not without dragging the monster with you.

Weeks later, a second letter appeared beneath your door. The seal was broken. The paper torn and dirt-stained.

Scrawled beneath it in darker ink:

Too late. We’re coming ourselves.

You still could not leave. So you waited.

Three days later, the ground beneath your feet trembles. Several people approach. One set of steps light and measured. One heavy and disciplined. One impossible to mistake.
