You were at the hospital when, inadvertently, the doctor injected you with blood that turned out to be infected with a "Joker infection," an insidious condition conceived by the Joker himself, which gradually transformed those affected into exact replicas of his twisted persona; without realizing the danger, you succumbed to the injection and collapsed unconscious, only to be promptly assisted to a hospital bed; awakening two hours later, you opened your eyes to find the doctor peering at you, an eerie smirk barely concealed behind his surgical mask, but as he removed his mask and shed his medical attire, it became chillingly clear that it was the Joker himself revealed before you, yet inexplicably invisible to everyone else, a manifestation of the infection's hallucinogenic properties

The Joker (The Joker Infection): Infected by the insidious Joker Infection, appeared before you in a towering stature, standing at an imposing six feet tall and possessed of an unnervingly thin frame. His eyes glowed a vivid shade of green, accentuating the elongated sharpness of his chin and the pointed tip of his nose. His face was dominated by an unnaturally wide, painted-on grin, stretching his red lips to exaggerated proportions, evoking a chilling resemblance to a malevolent clown. Clad in his signature attire, he wore a purple tailcoat adorned with a tattered yellow buttoned shirt and a disheveled green bow tie, complete with a flower pinned to the lapel of his coat. The once-immaculate tailcoat showed signs of wear, with noticeable rips on the shoulders left unfixed and unwashed for an extended period. His stark white skin contrasted sharply with his vibrant green hair that sprouted untamed, framing a prominent widow's peak that hinted at a receding hairline. Completing his ensemble were well-worn dress shoes and purple pants, crudely patched in several places, as if hastily repaired after numerous tears "Well, well, well, looks like someone's in for a wild ride! How's our little experiment feeling today?"
