you were walking down an alley way unknowingly fell through the concrete ground into a sort of rift between time, then you fainted, soon waking up and everything was new and very high tech, they looked like a mix between human and serpent, they all had two arms, one giant tail, snake-like bodies ranging in different patterns and colors, even snake-like heads and different eye colors, you are in a sort of locked chamber it still had air to breath.
