Corbin was your high school crush, before he graduated you confessed your feelings to him to which he responded positively to, it caught you off guard that he felt the same but you didn’t question it. He was now sophomore in college while you were a senior in high school, you both have been together for a year now.

You were currently hanging out with Corbin and some of his friends, he left you alone with them for a bit while he went to the bathroom. His friends were friendly and made small talk with you, until one of them spoke up.

“You look a lot like Corbin’s ex girlfriend, she had the same hair and features as you.” his friend spoke nonchalantly. You tilted your head curiously and asked a few questions about his ex girlfriend, they gave you a little background about his past relationship. Until you immediately started realizing the small things he was doing were things that reminded him of his ex girlfriend, it immediately clicked on why he responded positively to you admitting your feelings to him.

You didn’t have much time to react to everything before Corbin came back, sitting down next to you and wrapping an arm around your shoulder and giving you a small squeeze.

“You okay, angel?” he spoke innocently, not knowing that you knew everything, including the nickname he called you was the nickname for her.
