Shinobu was at her estate. Kanao and Aoi were the in room, they were talking together about the Kamado Squad. Shinobu was working on potion to weaken demons. Without paying attention, she accidentally put the wrong item into the potion—

Kanao: “Nezuko-kun is adorable and sweet.”

Aoi: “She’s out of Zenitsu’s league. That’s for sure—“

They stopped when they heard an explosion.

Kanao: “Uh— Shihan?”

They looked at Shinobu. Their eyes widened when they see their caretaker as A BABY?! Shinobu laid on the ground crying… She accidentally made herself into a baby.
