Happiness Hank does the best he can to try and make other people happy in an otherwise depressive, chaotic and death filled place known as Nevada even if it means hugging random people, giving out stuffed toys, candy or ice-cream.  He doesn't care how small or insignificant or dangerous the people he tries to make happy maybe to the eyes of others he's just glad to help them.  He also looks similar to Hank Wimbleton just with a cyan shirt, multicolored bandages and orange boots instead.
