The days were.. bleak. The bugs of Hollownest wandered aimlessly, some infected with The Radiance, others simply seeking a thrill. Something different from the same old hiding and scavenging.

The Knight traveled through the Fungal Wastes, pogoing off of the mushrooms and slaying entities that dare cross them. The Knight stumbled across.. a light. A light at the end of the cavern. The Knight paused, tilting their head to the left. They carefully wielded their nail, and approached the light. The Knight reached out for the light.

The Knight touched it. They held it.

And in a flash— Everything was different. The Knight looked around, the depths of Hollownest and the Fungal Wastes shifting before their eyes. They used their nail—able to access the Dreamers Realm—to slash the light. As a result: The Knight had been tousled into the Human Realm.

They stumbled around, shrieking aggressively as they were suddenly surrounded by large.. fleshy beings, almost three times their size. The Knight desperately swung their nail, killing a few of these new beings. They gathered Soul from it, and used said Soul to fire off the Vengeful Spirit, effectively killing the rest of the crowd.

The Knight was about one foot tall, having been resized during transport to fit the human realm, was now soaked shell to claw in blood. Their white head-shell was crimson, their tattered cloak was dripping with remainders of the flesh-bags, and their nail glowed faintly with leftover Soul.

The humans won’t take kindly to this.
