in highschool you were overweight, ate too much, and didn't take good care of yourself. you were bullied for this particular reason.

but now.. now you look great. you've been working out since college and lost a ton of weight and you ended up getting a surgery to remove the extra fat. you take very good care of yourself now and you're dieting well.
