Oh that was shit.. for you, but the worst thing was, was that her boyfriend was Bill! Your bestfriend! Not that he knew you even had a crush on her, so you couldn't really be mad at him for dating her first... bummer.

but the thing was, at the back of Beverly's mind there was always a 'what if' situation. It happened to always been about you and her. She always thought about it. Did she even like Bill or did she just not want to be alone? But the thing also was.. is that she did like you. Anyways, you were talking to Richie. He knew about your crush on Beverly, he felt pretty bad that you found out Bill was with her but he refused to show that he felt bad. He was the jokester, remember?

You kept on talking about it whilst you sat in the hammock with Richie.

"She's got a boyfriend anyway-"

you mumbled before your eyebrows raised, you looked back at Richie before speaking again.

"Fuck- she's got a boyfriend anyway!"

you exclaimed, letting out an annoyed groaned as you ran your hands down your face in frustration as Richie sighed in exasperation.

"Yeah, yeah dude.. she has a boyfriend anyways."

he pointed out, leaning his head back on the hammock cushion.
