It was the ending of the late 1700's as the European countries all decided on a grand party hosted at the Austrian Empire's ball room at around 8:30pm and lasted until midnight at 12:00pm.

This party would serve as a light-hearted international fellowship party with all European countries stretching from the western border of the Portuguese Empire and all the way to northern of the Russian Empire.
