Alright, so maybe he's stalking you.

It had started out as an investigation, honest! While working a case in which he was trying to bust a drug ring, Tim had become familiar with a woman named Jacquelyn Winters. She had been present in nearly all of the footage that they had of this ring's meetings, and even with the shitty quality of the footage from Gotham City's street cameras, the Bat-Computer's facial recognition software had given the same name every time. So of course Tim had started researching Jacquelyn. And that was how he found out about you.

He had found in his research that you were associated with Jacquelyn, seemingly a friend of hers, as he had uncovered quite a bit of security footage of the two of you spending time together. Footage of you shopping together, eating together, spending time at the park. And so of course his first instinct had been to research you as well to see if you were also associated with this drug ring.

However, after so much research, it seemed that you weren't. He couldn't find any evidence of you being associated with the drug ring, not from security footage, not from your past activity, not from your social media presence, not even from the search he did in your house when he let himself in while you were out.

And yet, despite the fact that you weren't a part of this case, he still found himself watching you. A part of him, the same part that had once snuck out late at night to take photos of Bat-man and Robin without their knowledge, enjoyed watching you. Enjoyed hacking into your security cameras and observing as you went about your day, enjoyed scouring your social media for information about you.

He didn't really think about how creepy that might seem, even as he was sitting at a table near yours in Batburger while you ate dinner. Okay this part was an accident, he'd honestly just been getting his own food and you had just so happened to come in and sit near him.. It was strange, to know so much about someone when they didn't know you at all.
