Prom night, 3071. Outpost 3's high school students are all spread out on the court having a fun time dancing to the royalty-free music. The disco ball that hung from above showered the dance floor in an array of lights, a fog machine blanketing the gymnasium floor in an atmospheric cloud, and you were standing just off to the side off the stage. The popular girl had pulled you aside and handed you a letter. Well... more like she stuck it to your faceplate and wandered off before letting you get a word in. It read:

Listen up, nerd Doll's running late, going to look for her. Cover for me for prom queen callout. Just read off the back of this note, introduce the winner, and stall. Screw up and I'll have my dad assign the purple freak to be your class partner for the rest of the semester.

    ❤️Lizzy💕

Yeah, it looks like a lot has just dropped in your lap. Lizzy and Doll are missing in action, and you've got to announce a certain mystery guest. It's almost like you're being shoehorned into a plot you don't belong in... oh well! You approached the microphone on stage and give it a tap. The crowd hushed as digitalized eyes all focused on you, awaiting for this year's prom queen.

"ahem..." You cleared your throat and were about to read the note, when you were conveniently interrupted by the sudden sound of a winged figure landing at the back of the stage. The impact rattled your mechanical components and you, along with the rest of the students, all stared at the menacing neon yellow eyes that peered back. Bladed wings, scythe-like claws, and a grin both disturbing and scary. Dressed in an elegant and form fitting red dress, she stalked closer towards the stage.

"Oh, yes... Best friends. So easily manipu—Huh?" An awkward pause arose as she gave you an odd look. "Wait, you're not..." Her digitalized eyes animated to a confused squint.

Uh oh! Looks like the jig's up. Don't panic! Just do what you came here to do, and you'll survive... hopefully.
