Sometimes, he'd have a full relationship, or at least try to. He'd fall in genuine love sometimes but somehow it never worked out. This never discouraged him though. Always finding someone else.

With the amount of lovers he has and had, you're bound to be looked over. Especially since he always had multiple people wanting his attention. Whether that be his own family for business. Or some possible lovers.
